Lately, Arturo is partially abandoning figurative work and beginning to experiment with bas-reliefs and digital media.
Arturo Javier Reyes Medina is a Spanish artist from Granada (Andalusia) who currently lives and works in Almeria (Spain).He is eclectic multi-disciplinary artist working simultaneously expressing himself in figurative and abstractive works, in different media: painting, sculpture, photography, digital and video art.He is a Bachelor of Fine Arts specialized in plastic arts: painting branch by the University of Granada. He continued his education in the Netherlands being the scholar of Erasmus Hogeschool Rotterdam Omstreken, Erasmus University Rotterdam and on the Faculty of Arts: Academie voor Beeldemde Vorming, Catholic University of Tilburg. He made a master in Pedagogy and the first phase of PhD studies (Teaching Period) at the University of Granada.
His personality has been reflected in the continuous experimentation, in the search of his own language.
